Hiya everyone! My name is Hallyson and I’m an ELA (English language arts - encompassing also English Literature) and EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher. I’m licensed to teach in the United Kingdom and recently I have achieved my Italian license. During my university studies I specialised in English literature and I’m particularly interested in innovative teaching methodologies and approaches. I’m currently an iGCSE and A level teacher and examiner and I coordinate Cambridge English language certificates (PET, FCE) at my school. I have a strong educational and teaching background, having achieved - level 5 TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) with a top-up course for Business English - level 5 Diploma in Education and training, OfQual recognised for teaching in the further education (16+) sector in the UK - level 7 in Education Management and Leadership - percorso abilitante in the Italian school system for AB24 (Lingua e cultura inglese)
Docente di Lingua e Letteratura Inglese. La mia esperienza scolastica mi ha portata anche a studiare e ad insegnare ESP (English for Specific purposes), ovvero l’inglese settoriale. Nello specifico per ICT (settore informatico e telecomunicazioni), Business English, English for Tourism and Catering, and many many others.
Metodologie didattiche varie che si adattano ai diversi stili di apprendimento. Mi piace molto adattare il mio metodo in base agli studenti che mi trovo di fronte. Ogni studente è un mondo da scoprire. Sono una persona profondamente creativa e amo applicare questa creatività nella mia didattica.
